Purchase Questions

How soon will I receive the Vision Guider after purchase?

The Vision Guider is downloadable software and will not be sent in the mail.

Once you complete your purchase, you should have been taken to the page where you create your Username and Password, and can download the program.

You were also immediately sent an email with the links to complete these steps, just in case you weren’t able to do it immediately.

Will I need a microphone to use Vision Guider?

You will need a microphone to record your voice. If you have a laptop, you do have the option of using the built in microphone. However, for the best sound quality we recommend using a separate desktop microphone.

Do I pay any taxes?

GotVision.com is owned by Ideal LifeVision, which is an American company. Some states require the collection of taxes, and some do not, so this will vary depending upon the laws of the state in which you live.

Where are my bonus gifts?

Your bonus gift was sent to you in that first email you received with links for username and password creation. If you need us to re-send it, please email us and we will do our best to assist you. admin@IdealLifeVision.com 

Can I use your product on more than 1 computer (e.g. my laptop and my home computer)?

Yes, you can download and install the Vision Guider onto your own personal computers via the link you were sent in your email. BUT remember,  your personal files will be stored only on the computer on which they were created.

Is it safe for me to use my credit card on your site?

YES! Purchases of the Vision Guider system are handled through a secure shopping cart and payment processor.

How do I pay for your product?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through our payment processor. If you wish to use paypal, please contact us and we can make arrangements.

My computer crashed. Can I re-download again? Do I have to pay again?

You may re-download the Vision Guider as many times as you like. You will NOT be charged again.

Software Challenges

I am using a Mac and I cannot download. Error message: "Unidentified Developer."

If you are receiving this error message, you are using a newer Mac Operating System. Mac has recently added in a security feature that automatically allows application downloads from the Mac App Store and Identified Developers.

We are a small developer and are not one of Mac’s identified developers.

There is an easy fix to the problem:

  1. Go to System Preferences
  2. Go to Security and Privacy
  3. If the lock on the bottom left corner of the box is in the closed or locked position click the lock to allow changes.
  4. In the “Allow applications downloaded from:” section choose “Anywhere”.
  5. Close the box and you are now able to download.
I cannot find the Vision Guider program on my computer.

If you are using Windows, to open the Vision Guider in the future, please go to:

  • Start Menu

If you are using a Mac, to open the Vision Guider in the future, please go to:

Registration requires the internet. Please connect to continue.

If you are connected to the internet, the challenge lies with your computer’s security settings.

There is some kind of setting with your firewall/security system that is preventing it from communicating with our program and server.

Try disabling your Firewall. If you are unsure how to disable your Firewall, please do a “Google” search: “disable Firewall for (enter your system: e.g. Windows 10).

Try following the instructions that you find, turn off the firewall, then open up the Vision Guider and enter your Username and Password again.

How do I uninstall the Vision Guider?

Using Windows XP and the Vision Guider program is not working

The Vision Guider is compatible with Windows XP, but the concern is that since Windows XP is an operating system that is over 10 years old, over the years, something from your computer may have been removed when you were un-installing another program. Some kind of component (missing file) that the Vision Guider needs to run.

You have a couple of choices.

  1. Re-install Windows XP so that your operating system is complete.
  2. Upgrade to another Windows operating system (e.g. Windows 7 or 10).
  3. Request a refund of the Vision Guider.
        **Please be aware that refunds will only be granted if requested in a timely manner from purchase date (3 business days)

Username & Password Questions

My username and/or password are not working, or I have forgotten them.

If, for any reason you need to re-set your username and password, please CLICK HERE.

I want my files to be private and enter my user name/password in each time I open Vision Guider.

Your files are not actually stored “inside” the Vision Guider. The files are stored on your computer with your other personal files under “My Documents/Vision Guider”. The Vision Guider simply searches that folder when it needs to access that file.

The only people who have access to them, are people who have access to your personal computer files. If you need privacy for your files, you could put a Username and Password to access your computer. The purpose of a Username and Password on the Vision Guider is to verify that you have paid for and are authorized to have access to the Vision Guider.

I have already entered my Username and Password, why do I have to enter it again?

Every 30 days our security system will verify your credentials. If you have forgotten your username and password, please CLICK HERE to re-set them.

I have a username and password, but it continues to say my username/password is incorrect.

Please try one or more of the following:

  1. Make sure that there are no blank spaces before or after the username and password.
  2. Make sure that you are using the username and password that you created when you purchased the Vision Guider.
  3. Try retrieving your password: Retrieve Password

If you purchased the Vision Guider system prior to February 2016, and are still having challenges, your Username and Password may have been accidentally deleted by us. While backing up several Usernames and Passwords were deleted.

Please try the above suggestions and if you still cannot get them to work, please email us to let us know so we can help create a new Username and Password ASAP.

Is there a tutorial video of the Vision Guider?

All of the screens in the Vision Guider are very easy to understand and there is help information on almost every screen.

Can I use my own MP3 or CD for background music?
Yes, you can use your own music using MP3’s or a CD. Plus we also have over 250 songs that you can choose in our Music Membership Library.
Can I make a CD/MP3 and use it publically or sell it (e.g. client, website, performance, seminar, etc ...)?

If you are using your own music, you will need to check the copyright for that particular artist. It is the user’s responsibility to be aware of copyright laws in his/her country. Got Vision.com implores you to respect all copyright laws and respect the rights of the copyright holders of any material you record.

If you are using the music from Got Vision’s Music Membership, you are allowed to make your own CD or MP3, but it MUST be for your own personal use. Got Vision.com has purchased several Royalty-Free Music Licenses, but in order to sell your CD/MP3’s or use in a public setting, you must purchase your own Royalty-Free Music License. Purchasing a membership from Got Vision.com does not give you license to share or publicly use copyrighted material.

What versions of Windows and Mac's do you support?

Mac OS X 10.7, 10.6 and 10.5
It is not available for touchscreens.

Windows 10, 7, 8, Windows Vista, Windows XP.

The program may not be fully available for Windows 2000. If you have Windows 2000, you are welcome to try, and if it doesn’t work, we will give you a full refund if requested within 3 days from purchase.

Can I use the Vision Guider to make a subliminal CD?

No, we do not use subliminal technology in the Vision Guider. Our product is designed to use consciously while waking up, going to sleep, brushing your teeth, exercising, doing housework etc… We recommend listening to the words and saying them out loud to help you to “feel” what you desire and to raise your vibration.
